Subject: Private Investor Needed for $20K secured by real estate

Looking For:
Investors who have $20K to lend for 60 days for the purchase of an investment property, investor will take lien on the purchase agreement to protect against default on their investment. How that works will be if I default on repaying the investment within the agreed time, you will now have a property to resale for the full proft amount. $20K investment will not come from me, you will pay it directly to the home seller, when the deal is closed. For investing and helping me I will split first profits 50/50 after your initial investment has been repaid. I will provide you with where the property is and the plan of action to flip the property so you can be aware of what the deal will be, you will be able to get copies of the amount of cash back from the deal directly from the refinance company or buyer to ensure that you received a fair deal, all this will be in our contract, and will be available for review from your attorney or legal representative before making your decision. Properties will be located in Los Angeles County, California. In cities like Pasadena, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, San Franciso, San Diego, etc.

Have to Offer:
