The client opens at Bank in Germany an account as sub-account of Fund Management Company ........... For the duration of the investment this account is held as 'and-account', i.e. no movement is possible without the investor-client.

With deposit of the amount of investment the client receives from Bank a written confirmation of the complete repayment of the deposit to him at the end of the 13 months investment term, latest after 15 months.

For non-Germans: Profit about 280% after Coordinator's 30 % participation, i.e. 400 % gross less 30 %. For Germans: of the 400 % gross, 25 % tax is withheld and paid to the fisc. Of the remaining 300 %, 30 % to Coordinator, leaving 210 %.

The client may revolve immediately if the program is then still open.

Client signs with Coordinator a Consultancy Fee of 30 % of profits.

There are for this year still 2 time windows, Dec. 5 and possibly Dec. 12. Amounts paid in before these times will receive still this year 100 %, the rest next year.

You have to agree with the investor client your participation out of the 280 resp.
210 %, hopefully with reason and discretely.

Consultant receives a participation out of the Coordinator's share so that you do not have to consider Consultant.

Speed is of the essence.

Usual application papers, submitted by email, scanned in good quality:
Informal Letter of Intent with brief self-presentation, proof of capital, passport copy and NCND, see attached. If you prefer, you can put your name also into the NCND.
