Thought a couple of scenes didn't work - particularly when Batman went and got Maroni (Eric Roberts) out of the nightclub. Just thought that was silly, if you considered how that incident would've been bookended. Would Batman have waited in line with the other patrons to get in, come in (after having his hand stamped) looked around, and then made his assault? And then, after capturing Maroni, Batman escorts him out, and up to a ledge? This is one scene where Batman should've crashed through a skylight, picked up Maroni, and flown back out.

Also, thought this scene reduced Batman to a 'man in a suit', which really plays down the freakiness aspect of his mystique. I thought that was best showcased when Batman went and captured the Asian guy (sorry, forgot his name - Lau?) and was dragging him through the wreckage of the office by his foot. That, for mine, is what Batman's about.
