Part of the reason why I didn't like the Scream sequels is because they didn't kill off any of the main characters. I REALLY wanted David Arquette killed off because most movies suffer with him in them. They almost pulled it off in part two, but he lived! Then by the time the third one was done, I wanted Courtney Cox killed off, a she lived...and she was a horrid bitch!!!! The films seemed to rely on shocking you in the first scene and then being coy through the rest of the film. That's a silly trend that's yet to end in these cookie cutter horror flicks.
