I must admit, I have a soft spot for this truly awful movie. It's kind of like Cannonball Run and Roadhouse, it's just so bad it's good.

What's not to love? You get the Sheen brothers, a bad reggae soundtrack featuring everyone's favorite reggae cover band UB40, a cute redhead, one of my favorite character actors ever Dean Cameron (Summer School's Chainsaw) AND Keith David as an over-the-top Vietnam veteran turned sanitation foreman. How can you not love a film like that? They're loveable garbage men who are under suspicion of killing a politician with a pellet gun! C'mon!!!!
