Subject: Attack of the Clones is a dreadful movie.

That bit where Hayden Ghristiansen craps on about how much he hates sand and how the senators skin is so soft? The worst romance ever written.
Not so sure even that Lucas is a good director. His best film "American Grafitti" is almost directionless - very, simple following of his characters and the script and actors are what makes it special. He directed the first Star Wars movie but didn't direct the next 2 movies. (And anyway I think the Star Wars movies are a bit overated anyway).
