Brian, you are beginning to sound like you think this is a game. I don't think you realize how upset people are about what this board has done. In an atmosphere where our federal government has run amuck and no longer even cares about following the Constitution and our local government could care less about its charter, the Constitutions of the United States or the State of Tennessee, or our Bill of Rights, it is unwise for the board of a lowly homeowner's association to make such a move as to take something from the homeowners without their permission and then treat it like it is a game when they get upset and attempt to right the wrong you have done. If you can't tell by now, from what you have been able to read on this blog, that your fellow members of this Association have had about all they plan to take from this board you are deaf and blind. If I am wrong in my perception that you are treating this like a game I apologize, however, if I am right, and you are treating this like a game, please tender your resignation immediately.
