The only reason I focus on the courts is because no less than 2 or 3 times a week do I see someone playing on the courts stop playing to run over to a waiting car that has just pulled up and transfer items... Usually those that are small enough to fit into a 1"x1" plastic baggie. This also happens from the playground when there are no adults supervising that area and I am always tied up caring for a 2 year old and have no ability to stop this without jeopardizing his safety.

I saw what this did to the last community I lived in and since that was public space that I couldn't control, I moved. I will not continue to allow this here even if my family needs to take the HOA to court over it.
