Usually those that are small enough to fit into a 1"x1" plastic baggie. This also happens from the playground when there are no adults supervising that area and I am always tied up caring for a 2 year old and have no ability to stop this without jeopardizing his safety. I saw what this did to the last community I lived in and since that was public space that I couldn't control, I moved.
