In reply to: Greg R. 's message, "Was I at a different meeting?" on Thu, Jul 30 2009, 12:25:03

Every few years this comes up again, all I can figure is that some people just can't stand the fact that our HH neighbors have a clubhouse, but we don't. Next thing you know people will be wanting a pond, parking in yards, condos, overhead wires to houses, etc., so that we can be even more like HH.

Seriously, this has been researched several times in the past, a committee was formed and researched this a couple years ago, opinions have been solicited via questionaires, and a straw vote was even held at one of the annual meetings. Bottom line, each time this is researched, it's determined there is not enough interest to pursue this. When will enough be enough: The message has been sent loud and clear several times now that the community does not want/need a clubhouse, when will it be heard?

I to was at the annual meeting, and I witnessed more interest in allowing storage sheds in backyards then in a clubhouse. Guess we can expect that soon also.
