I read the minutes and they are. I don't think it said when they will be taken down. I am on the fence about this as well, but I am glad to see the board taking some action to get the area cleaned up. The kids that hang out up there after hours leave a huge mess and a lot are up to no good. Not all of them, but one or two grows into a lot of no good.
