Ok, I mean Fences rather than Sword Fighting as fun as that might be :).

Anything we do add may still be an attraction that we need to protect by having the area look less like a community park and more like an HOA's area for use only by the members.

Volleyball and Bocce ball both sound cool and are definitely something my family and I would play. I see a TON of joggers in our community, so the exercise thing would probably go over as an awsome addition.

Something for Toddlers? A fountain spray thing added to the kiddie pool maybe? I worry about sand boxes as they usually attract cats and fleas, but I am sure everyone could find something that would work out well.
