Bryan, Your asking to replace an amenity that the homeowners as a whole are not asking to replace is CRAZY! The courts need to stay. If you want to add another amenity that is a whole different topic. Open your eyes, we see you don't like basketball and prefer anything to it. Such as Sand Volleyball. A little outdoor workout area. I moved her because of the Swimming Pools number one, Basketball Court number two, Tennis court number three. If you want my opinion my kids are 12 and 15. I don't need the playground. Does that hurt your feelings. You have younger kids don't you? Hmmm, I would not vote that againstt you or the other 500 homes in here. Even though I don't need, use or care if they are there. KEEP THE AMENITIES AS THEY ARE! PERIOD! Fix the problem! quit trying to change the BBall courts for another amenity problem. Lets resolve the issue. kids that have no reason being up there. i.e. not living here or with a resident. secure the area i.e. inexpensive gating system like MJE. Close it at dark all cars have to be removed. Curt and I are willing to lock this. Lock the bball rims at night or when there is consistant people breaking the resident rules. See ya tuesday!
