The courts are again becoming a problem and it is clear that we need to hire an armed security guard or get rid of the courts and put in a horsehoe pit or something. My wife had an altercation with the young men playing basketball last week. Several were cursing loudly and when she asked them to watch their language around the children, they swore at her and called her names. When she mentioned contacting the authorites, they laughed and said "What authorities?" It is clear that whoever was playing that day (I have a feeling most weren't residents)had no regard for our rules. I am not going to discontinue taking my children to the pool and I am not going to put up with that kid of disrespectful behavior either. I think everyone agrees we need to do something or the likelihood of some sort of incident will increase. It is unfair to have to shut it down but it may be necessary. It is not fair that millions of us who fly have to take off our shoes and be scanned as a result of the actions of 19 people, but that's life.
