Date Posted: Sat, Aug 29 2009, 14:49:07 In reply to: Sean 's message, "Not attacking" on Sat, Aug 29 2009, 10:38:46 I just found out this morning about this site from Nancy Valencic while I was out in the common area speaking with people about the permanent removal of the basketball goals. Why is there more discussion on this website than on www.willoughby-station.com? I thought that was the OFFICIAL website for Willoughby Station. Am I wrong? It is hard enough to get homeowners to go to one website. Homeowners are very busy especially those with children. We need to make it easy for them to be involved in the discussions. Are we interested in their input or not? Maybe there needs to be a discussion about where to have IMPORTANT Willoughby Station discussions?? I know Nancy posted over on this discussion board but I believe she posted the same message on the willoughby-station.com site. If you are interested in finding out the input that I recieved from the homeowners that I spoke with at the common area this morning I will be posting it to what I think is the official site. Does anyone know if all of the board members read either or both of these msg boards? FYI - I was able to stop the guy that was hired to cut down the poles this morning. I am not sure how long that will last or if the board is interested in hearing from any of the 99% of the homeowners that were not involved in the decision for permanent removal of the goals. Also, here is some food for thought. We have a sign posted for Movie Night, where was the sign informing homeowners that the board was going to vote on the permanent removal of 1 of 4 amenities in OUR common area? Maybe a sign for that is not the best way, however I believe there needs to be some way to notify homeowners when there is going to be an important vote such as the permanent removal of an amenity.
