 Are you telling me you HAVE actually witnessed a "drug handoff" as you call it? Were you standing there and witnessed it yourself?? If not, as I feel is the case, then wether there is drug traffic down there is subjective to your word against somebody else's. I do not know one way or the other, so I would never question someone who says she is down there every night if I, myself am not down there every night. This is getting so far off the facts, and into hearsay and "what we think is happening down there" that we have watered down the real issues. The board acted on "out of the blue" something much bigger than maintainence and repairs at the pool. I, too feel the goals are a problem, but I do not think it was handled correctly, fairly, or maybe even morally.
