That is not a bad idea. Other then it being a pain in putting up or down I would not object in something like that. As long as it is maintained and enforced. If not then it just becomes not a useful tool.

LOL Why on the second graphic (bottom left of the image where its says additional images ) of the device does it say Install at your own risk ? Most likely safety of climbing up the latter but that is pretty funny.
