Subject: Mango tree slowly dying

Hello there,
I have a mango tree and lately I've noticed that it's leaves are becoming "rusty red" and coated with a "velvety greyish" fungus. The so called infected leaves are falling off the tree and slowly killing it.

Any idea what could it be and how to solve it? Every answer will be highly appriciated. I'd be forever greatful if someone will email me an answer. casp3r@012.net.il
