RUDI,You need to establish a recordkeeping system back to the grower and keep track of each food handler.Or you can contact our website and we will provide the empty records for recordkeeping. The signup takes just a few minutes on line with the FDA at their site and we need to know your crops or animals amounts to start a section305 recordkeeping system for you.
