Well, if it makes you feel any better, in our riding (Dufferin-Peel-Wellington-Grey) a youth delegate who stood as a MacKay delegate was elected as an Orchard delegate and is forced to vote for David Orchard on the first ballot.

The problem lies with the delegate election rules which are, IMHO, incredibly undemocratic. We had two Orchard delegates elected with 17 and 14 votes while MacKay candidates did not get elected with 32 and 28 votes.

I have never met a person with a mind diseased enough to have devised the delegate-election rules we were forced to live with. Obviously, the rules are the product of a committee!
