 Ah now I get it! Terry Jones' commentary is: "... another pathetic excuse for anti-American and Bush Bashing. Most hebetudinous and those who agree with him/her are no better".

Now how is it that calling those who agree with the comments, me for one & I suspect Margo for another, "dull" or "lethargic" is NOT name calling?

Last time I looked welived in a Democratic country which entitles us to think for ourselves and empowers us with the right to express that opinion. Neither of those things however entitle any of us to be disrespectful.

I'll trump your "first rule of the internet" with the first rule of rational debate - accuracy counts!

I'll throw in the second rule for good measure - discuss the message not the messenger!

It seems that when people are unable or unwilling to discuss the message they resort to labelling it something heinous - in this case Bush/America bashing. Clearly they/you don't have any tolerance for someone who may hold a different opinion. Not very democratic or Canadian in my view but of course your mileage may vary.
