 Ive had this question in my mind forever also....

What I wonder is if we know more than what we actually allow ourselves to know, things so simple that we put it off and try and create a resonable explanations so we arent scared of the reality which is really there. If we listen to our first thought it usually is the one which tells of our true future. Recently I've had 3 dreams, wrote them down and each of them happend but with minor changes here and there. On one of them, before my recolection was done, I noticed that I was repeating a dream, so I was so scared that something bad would have happend to me (time slicing praying mantis tht about 30 feet high comes out of nowere and kills me)that i still played along with the dream, whats weird is that I couldnt force myself into acting how I wanted and felt like I was being controlled rather than my will forcing me to do such, I ripped and burned my dreams after I got home because I was scared. To your questions

What and why is all?

Everything is predetermined in our dreams, some of us are very aware of this and we live the worst lives.

"What" is our dreams
"Why" is because it has been willed
