yea um it's Heimlich III and it rules and i have all the rules written down extensively but it's four solid pages so here is brief summary:
all cards are dealt
people go around placing cards alternating face up and down
if someone says BASTARD! (loudly, english accent required) then a face down is turned over. if it is lower then the person who put the card down gets flicked in the forehead and is given a card. if it is higher, the punishment occurs to the BASTARD-er (so u wanna say it after a high card is placed down).
then whoever gave the flick says the subject of randomness, everyone goes around saying something that has to do with it; if they stutter or repeat or dont say anything they get all the cards in the deck, and you restart until someone runs out of cards.
there are like a billion other little rules like slaps of obviousness and the hohoho-merry-christmas rule, but u can just make that stuff up as u go along or something.
