Subject: cancelling msn hotmail and im

first i opened an msn IM acct and used my yahoo email address, then i thought it would be better to open an hotmail acct. i use the hot email acct one time. after that i couldn't get in again.i tried resetting the password and it mailed it to my hotmail and i can't get in. i can use msn IM with my yahoo email address popi082000@yahoo.com but i want it all to be consistant. my yahoo already has IM. it's easier to email from hot mail and use hotmail IM. i requested help and received aticket number 1015834081 with no response. pls help it making me nuts. i'm not a computer wiz as many are. any assistance would be appreciated. thanks alfredo quiroz
