Dear Sir,
I have sent you several messages trying to cancel my yahoo personals account with no response to that message. I even asked if you could bill me on the 3rd of each month as I'm on disability and that's when my check goes in. For financial reasons due to illness, I can't have the money deducted from my account at this time, not until the 2nd of June. If you can work with me on that issue that will be great, if not please cancel it.
