I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS BECAUSE I CANT LOG IN. I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE THAT THERE IS KNOWN ACCOUNT FOR MY E-MAIL ADDRESS AND MY PASSWORD OR MY USER NAME KEEPS COMING BACK INVALID, THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN OF NO USE TO ME WHAT SO EVER.I WISH THERE WAS SOME LIVE HELP THAT I COULD DISCUSS THIS WITH. I REALLY WANTED THE SERVICE BUT I FEEL I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED THE MONEY YOU HAVE WITH DRAWN FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
