Yes. In order to make an effective comment especially criticism you must be clear in stating on what type of behavior u are criticizing. Don't just say without mentioning because you will make other people blur and this surely will lead to misunderstanding.
Come on guy, you are now so near to the door of carier. You need to deal with people and thus you need to know how to make an EFFECTIVE criticism and how to praise people. Be specific! and as you always promote, dont use double standard sentences!!! hehehe

Nak buat camna Syeikh, org dah salah paham, nak bgitau benda tu terlalu apparent.

What so ever, perselisihan menambah kemesraan sekiranya kita mengakui kesilapan,
