The D.E.W. line (Distant Early Warning Radar) is in the Arctic. Thats the one I meant. It was placed there because of paranoia over a Russian first strike. That was propoganda. Russia was actually more scared of a U.S. first strike, and after all, whose the only one who ever actually released a nuke in modern history? (We cant count the Hindu Vimanas and their nuke war thousands of years ago!)
