Deadened cupid's bow lips curled into something that might have been a scowl, or a smirk. These creatures and their precious territory battles...why could there never be something worth fighting for? Wednesday was thirsty for some meaning, it would seem, and this battle that had engaged the inhabitants of this negative utopia was not giving the creature what it wanted. No matter, though. It could wait. Oh, how patiently it could wait!

The creature's mystic glide came to a halt, and it turned to the lioness. "This has been truly informative, madam, but I fear that I am boring you. I must now take my leave. Ta ta, then."

With that, it was gone, with seemingly more speed than it was previously presumed capable of. One moment it was there, the next, a trail of velveteen robes succeeded the creature into the shadows. Dead on it's feet, indeed. Posh. ]]=-
