>My boyfriend and I three weeks ago both got laid off from our jobs, we worked at the same facility together. I have applied for unemployment, my boyfriend was unable to apply because, he was not on the job long enough. My car got repossed Monday so, we are with out a car. Our rent is way past due and we are on the verge of being evicted what makes this the worst is we just moved in in October2006. Our cable is off, his cell phone is off, my is about to be shut off and we have no home phone. So, once mine is shut off we will have no means to get in contact with anyone. We are in a new area were we only know a few people and they with it being the holidays can not help us. We have exhausted all of our resources: family, friends, state aid, anything and everything I could think of to try and get us help has been a dead end. The pressure is building we have no where to go nor anyone to turn to. We have a strong relationship but, all this so much at one time its starting to take a toll on us and we are now thinking bad thoughts that we wouldn't if things were going right. We are on the verge of loosing everything. We have no money saved the little money we did have is all gone we lived paycheck to pay check just about so, when we lost our jobs there wasen't really much to keep us afloat for long. God is still blessing us and we pray everyday that may be why I came across this web site to get help where no one else could. All of this going on the verge of loosing everything and it's Christmas time my boyfriends and I first Christmas together. I am hoping that we may receive some assistance to get our bills paid to carry us threw to the New Year. If we can get some help on paying bills due now and for the following month that will buy us time to get money saved for bills for February. We are steadliy looking for work but, it is really hard to get a job here in Georgia now even more especially since we have no car. I am praying someone will help us. Thankyou Valerie Phillips
