Well, as usual, I procrastinated and didn't get the intercooler tubing bent up for my stock setup. Now driving back home tonight, I blew a stinking IC hose off the Talon cooler again! First thing Monday, this mess is coming off, and it's getting things done right! Hopefully I can find a local exhaust shop that will make the pipes for a reasonable price, and they won't be crimped too much in the bends. Time will tell I guess.
Later,
Tony

You can get 2.25 mandrel bent aluminized pipe from JC Whitney very cheap.....buy yourself some good clamps and silicone hose and it's pretty simple from there.

I always say do it right the first time and typically you won't have to do it again, and use the T-bolt hose clamps $3 ea. from Summit or Jegs...

Hey Andy what's up dude.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I've got some other problems regarding the stock intercooler that I need some ideas on. I'll post another topic.

Yeah, but you could go to a Marina boat place and pay $9 ea. like I did in a pinch one time...
