In search of my Son who was born on 3/20/1989 his birth name was Samuel John Phillips Biggs he was born in Barbour County West Virginia in Alderson Brodous Hospital , Also my Daughter who was Born 3/29/1990 Her Birth name was Ashley Dawn Biggs she was born in Randolph County , West Virginia , Sam was approxmatly 3-4 when i last seen him his name may be diffrent . Ashley was a year younger than her Brother they May have been Adopted by the same Family , they were in Foster care in Salem West Virginia , from what I understood . The Foster family names may have been Wilcox . I remember the Worker mentioning the name Anita when she was talking to me . Sammy would have a Scar on his lower lip from a fall when he was approxmatly 18 months .
