 According to adoption papers my Bmom's name was Joan McGowan. I was born 9/8/66 in Plantation FL. Helen Tanos Hope was the attorney used in FL. Joseph Spencer was the attorney used to finalize in NY. Joan was 21, had two brothers and a sister, was raised Catholic but not practicing, of Irish/Greek descent.
