My adopted name is Thomas Golden. I was born in Modesto, Ca. on October 23, 1984 at Memorial Hospital. The doctor who delivered me may have been a family friend of my birth mother. His name is Dr. Jon Pont, and he is now at Gould Medical Clinic here in Modesto, Ca. I am actively searching for my birth parents, and their families.
