I was born in Puyallup Washington on 11/11/65 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Attending physician was Dr. Kenneth Lang and adoption was handled by private attorneys. Mothers name was Dorothy Stuart? and it was said that she was 17 at the time. I am in need of medical information and some sort of background.
