Named Julie Ann Wyatt at birth. Birthmother was 23 yrs. old, birthfather rumored to be older married man. Birthmother traveled with me from Utica, NY to Seneca Falls, NY. By age 6 months I was relinquished to foster care with Floyd & Corita Mykes (sp)on Mynderse St. You visited me often and may have worked as a checker. I was 3 when you allowed me to be placed with prospective parents, Harry (36) and Beryl (29)Dutcher Anderson on Maple St. You agreed to the private adoption, finalized 1/1949 in Oneida County.
