F/ad born, Delilah M. Morgan, 11/20/68, in Vallejo, at Vallejo General Hosp,
ISO Bmom, last name Morgan. Dr. John A. Duff delivered. Bmother had a child
@2 yrs previous to me, whom she supposedly kept. I suspect the child's first
name was either Jadine or Tina -- not yet proven. She was already a single
mother to one child, and could not afford two. She had very fair skin and
auburn hair(?). My Amother was told she was 18. I think she was from the
