I am looking for my only child. She was born in Syracuse NY at St Josephs Hospital on 2/19/81. She weighed 10lbs 6 oz & was born via c-section with a slight heart murmur. The murmur was declared gone by the time adoption was finalized. Child & Family Services in Syracuse NY handled the adoption, until the final adoption took place she was in foster care. I have some very important medical information that she needs to know about!! I was also adopted but have since "found" my biological family with alot of medical information I didnt know about!! Thank you!
