Herbal mostly, no caffiene (sp?). I do have the occasional pop... Fresca. The one and only pop to drink... LOL I'm not really into mixed drinks so pop is never used there. If I do have one with pop it's usually coke... Vodka paralyzer (vodka, kaluha, coke and milk) but usually I stick to my wine coolers. If you prefer, you can always swap the vodka for tequilla... but I think the vodka makes it much smoother. Oh... and you must use whole milk.. no 1% or skim... won't work well with anything but whole milk. I've never tasted a mud slide but I know you can buy them ready mixed in the liquor stores here. I should try one! H
