As objectively as I can:

Mark was there for a long time, well before she came to the Hearth.
Kevin may know for sure, but I think Mark goes back to the time when it was all one forum. I came in 98 and he was already there.

Lynn(then Rebecca) was introduced to the forum by SteveJ who used to post there regularly. Mark had already been there for a long time. They seemed to hit it off fast. I remember for example a post of Mark's in reply to Lynn that was called, "You always make me laugh."
