Catherine,
Some people who accuse others of having 'no life' (or needing to get one), they themselves don't have much of one. They make themselves feel "important" by putting themself into a position where they are always in control. My board, my rules, my bias, my throne, my decision. Really very selfish, narrowminded and pathetic, actually. But what's even more pathetic is the fact that many folks like this are hypocrites. They make subtle insults and snide remarks on a public forum, like you mentioned, when they could have just taken it to Private Message. Some jerks like this just like to 'make an example' of those they feel are so beneath them. Some people's arrogance and self importance/self power abounds. Exactly the reason that places like "this board" came into existence. At least here, the Owner of this site, Pam, is fair, down to earth, logical, sensible, non-cowardly, doesn't take sides, stands behind her beliefs, isn't easily influenced. Oh, and at least she doesn't have to brag up herself/life in order to be the envy of the peons she rules LOL
