My site is being hosted by a wonderful company called Pictographics. They are a Canadian company, and have been super to deal with. You would have to talk to them for hosting quotes, but the fees are quite reasonable (for my site approx $25/month with unlimited usage and space). Go to www.pictographics.com to find out more about them. For a domain name, I purchased mine from www.ghandi.net which is a company in France. Their fee is 12 Euros, which is around $22 Canadian. Pictographics has a domain host they recommend which charges $25 Canadian if I remember correctly. If you do go to Pictographics let them know I refered you!
