It's easy to change the name of your items with Jamella, you'll find the program on the page "Telechargement" in the menu on the right hand side of the home page of Miamira. You can put your name or your char's.
procedure:
1 - Open your char with Jamella
2 - Right click on the chosen item
3 - Select "Set Magical Names Affixes"
4 - Modify prefixes and suffixes to your conviniance and save the modifications.
5 - If you want your name on the item, select "rename" or if it already has a name "change/remove inscription".
6 - Save it on your char.

Of course it doesn't work with "unique" items except if you want to put your name or your char's.

But don't forget this only works for "open battlenet" chars.
