Jim and company gave a nice presentation on the role of prayer in healing at the Central Vermont Medical Center this week. We had a great turn out and most of our worship team was there to provide the music.

Bob had to work today, but we had Janine, Renea, Holly and Tim present for our worship team practice. Hopefully we can keep this time, from 2 - 4 PM on Sunday, and practice some new songs to add to the Jabbok book.

I am so glad that you have started a regular practice for the Worship Team. This will surely help us to add more to our repertoire. Sorry we won't be able to join you for February, but we are looking forward to the March practice sessions. Thank you so much for your willingness to be a part of the Jabbok Worship Team. May you all be blessed abundantly for using your talents for the Lord, "megahundredfold".

Holly has asked to move the time for worship team practice up to 3-5:00PM, to leave a little more time after church to do family stuff.
If anyone else would like to host a practice at their house on a Sunday afternoon please let us know! We had Holly, Renea, Bob and Tim last week and worked on a great worship tune called Amazing Love!!!

we had four again last week: holly, renea, bob and tim. Bob's off from work again this Sunday, so we hope to see more folks who want to worship God with a new song from 3 - 5pm at B&H's

Have not set up the next practice. It will depend on Bob's schedule. We will let you know as soon as we hear from him.

I heard there was a practice at Bob and Holly's today at 3PM...I hope to be there to get ready for tomorrow night's annual Jabbok meeting/dinner at Knights of Columbus - 6PM
ps. praise: I woke up this morning with no voice and had to do the music at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. I'd been asked last month by Tom Koch to cover for the pianist with my guitar and voice. I prayed for God to help me and 30 minutes later Renea called to see if I needed her help...i was also joined by Mary and it came off fine even though we hadn't practiced....pretty amazing, thank-you Lord!
I hear this Sunday we're having church at the Jabbok residence and possibly a practice session afterwards to get ready for the upcoming Chelsea service on 5/18.
I think this will work for me as long as I can leave by 2pm. It is Mother's Day, don't forget!
