Subject: Special Groomer Deal

The Southern NH Snow Slickers club voted on January 16, 2006 to sell a fully operational PB 270 to a New York club and took delivery of a new BR 180 on or about February 10, 2006. This new groomer was not applied for under the 2005 Grant in Aid budget and has not yet been applied for in the 2006 Grant in Aid budget.

As a long time member of SNHSS, my job no longer allows me to attend night time meetings of the Board of Directors or general membership. I have made numerous requests for copies of all materials relating to the sale of the BR 180, terms, conditions and price. Is it on loan, lease or other terms from date of delivery until Grant in Aid is applied for and approved? With no info released to me, I can only conclude that a special deal was made between SNHSS, Prinroth LLC (formerly Camoplast Industrial & Bombardier Industrial) and Paul Gray at the NH Bureau of Trails. It is rumored that Paul Grey will be retiring soon.

Please contact the following people to get details on the above deal and maybe your club can also take delivery of a new BR 180 before receiving approval for Grant in Aid funding.

Arthur Charland, Trail Administrator SNHSS 622-1310
Paul Gray, NH Bureau of Trails 271-3254
Pinroth Sales and Service 267-7840
Lucy Ford, President, NHSA 744-5497
