Welcome to my world, Everybody, I Have a lot of things going on in my life right now, in fact too much, and it seems lately the only way i can release it is through my anger. And unfortunatly that is what i have done. One other thing i have done is taken my anger out on my Girlfriend Michelle, who also has a lot going on for her. I know that i am not helping by taking all the anger out on her, and making myself look like a complete idiot in front of her and her 2 year old son. Not to mention that she's pregnant again.. I need a way too control or avoid this inranging anger that comes from me. I need help and i know that and that is why i am writtng here today to see if there is any place around the NEW HAMPSHIRE area that can offer Anger managment classes...
