pandora, you had introduced the (brilliant) idea of nametags, that could perhaps be mailed before the day of the concert or distributed on line like "the dent" laminates. i would also put out a call to anyone who actually lives in concord who could pick out a large landmark at the concord pavilion where we could meet.
also, i think we should have a tea party. any takers?
