Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman, this Exhibit again provides factual evidence that there were multiple undisclosed conflicts of interest in this case. Until these matters are fully resolved, therefore, I ask that you perform your mandated review of this Exhibit in accordance with Judge Ezra's prior restraint Order, and advise me, whether or not, it contains any so-called "protected subject matter".

If I do not receive a response within 15 days, I will consider this to be an admission that these pages contain no "PSM", and that you will not object to any Motions that I may make to reopen this case, or until you accept my standing offer to attempt a NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENT.
