Mr. Farmer, I still hope that all this overwhelming amount of newly discovered REAL FACTS (not "phantom dots" or "conspiracy theories") will be more than sufficient for you (and for Judges Robert Faris, David Ezra, Barry Kurren, and Kevin Chang) to recognize the wisdom, fairness, and practicality of attempting a NEGOTIATED GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to put a FINAL END to this long-running case.

If you are still unwilling to attempt to negotiate a settlement, then I would again ask that you immediately recuse yourself from acting as the Successor Trustee in this case due to evident BIAS and CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
