Dear President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Trustee Farmer, Mr. Guttman, Ms. Neustadter, Judge Kevin Chang, Judge David Ezra, and All Concerned:

I respectfully call your attention the subject Exhibit as it relates to this lawsuit which violates my Constitutional Rights of Free Speech and a Fair Trial, and Federal and Hawaii Anti-SLAPP statutes.

After you have read this Exhibit, I have a simple question to Judge Robert Faris, Judge David A. Ezra, Trustee David C. Farmer and Steven Guttman:

The question is, could you please explain to me, in simple layman's language, what WOULD constitute a "conflict of interest" in this case? Since I am not an attorney, I may be mistaken in my belief that the many examples that I have previously provided to the court are valid and should have been sufficient to have disqualified you from this case. A simple explanation of this legal concept would assist me greatly in improving the clarity, and limiting the scope, of my future motions. I ask that you please use examples specific to this case, as to WHY these individuals are not conflicted or why there is not even an "appearance of conflicted interests" as I have maintained in my Motions.

For, truly, it is beyond my present comprehension that former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales; Assistant U.S. Trustees Curtis Ching, Gayle Lau and Carol Muranaka; Judges Eden Hifo (fka Bambi Weil), Kevin Chang, David Ezra, Barry Kurren, Lloyd King and Robert Faris; Trustees Mary Lou Woo, James Nicholson and David C. Farmer; American Arbitration Association arbitrator Judith Neustadter Fuqua, attorney Steven Guttman, and others, can still claim that they were non-conflicted, fair, impartial, and unbiased in this case.

As a positive alternative to your answering this question, I would again suggest that we attempt to reach a global settlement in this matter through confidential negotiations or mediation rather than continuing these costly and seemingly-endless court proceedings.
