Dear President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Trustee Farmer, Mr. Guttman, Ms. Neustadter, Judge Kevin Chang, Judge David Ezra, and All Concerned:

Due to the discovery of facts relating to this lawsuit which constitutes "prior restraint" and violates my constitutional rights of Free Speech and a Fair Trial, and Federal and State Anti-SLAPP statutes, I have updated information on the subject witness which you will find online at:

I believe that this updated information clearly proves that fraud and an overwhelming number of undisclosed, material conflicts of interest were involved in this case, which would lead any judge to the conclusion that all previous settlement agreements and judgments should be declared null and void.

Mr. Farmer and Mr. Gutman, do you believe that Judge Samuel King is a material and credible witness in this case? If so, then I propose to you again that we attempt to settle this matter, once and for all, through confidential negotiations.

However, if you still are unwilling to negotiate a settlement, then I ask that you perform your mandated review of this revised witness description in accordance with Judge Ezra's Order, and advise me, whether or not, it contains any so-called "protected subject matter".

If I do not receive a response within 15 days, I will consider this to be an admission that these pages contain no "PSM", and that you will not object to any Motions that I may make to reopen this case.
